The Project “Technological processes of obtaining bio products in ecological farms” was born from the necessity of offering a chance to a number of 60 students with fewer opportunities enrolled in the profile ‘natural resources and environment protection”, qualification domain “agriculture”, to participate to a practice stage of 4 weeks in real working conditions in ecological farms from the region Lombardia – Italy.
The specific objectives of the project are:
– to increase the students motivation for the educational act and to reduce the school abandon after participating in international mobility.
– development of entrepreneurial skills among participants and ensuring the transition from school to a job.
-improving the learning performances for 60 students participating in the mobility of the project.
-increasing Beneficiary’s ability to carry out activities on international level.
-testing, adaptation and implementation of new teaching methods and procedures, specific to the qualification domain “agriculture”, including the realization of a program of practice internship for the organic agriculture.
The main activities carried out by participants during the practice stage are:
– soil fertilization with ecological products in order to obtain ecological products.
– works to prevent pests, weeds, and diseases of vegetal cultures.
– conversion works of soil for crop rotation.
– checking soil acidity and choosing proper soils in order to obtain ecological products.
– the selection of animals in order to obtain ecological animal products.
– the fertilization of fields with ecological products.
– cleaning animals’ shelters with ecological products.
– feeding animals with ecological products.
– choosing proper spaces for storing ecological products.
– developing a marketing plan for online promoting of ecological products with vegetal and animals origins.
– the transport of ecological products to the marketing area
